Job Description The Resident Care Manager (Delegated Nurse) @ The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center is responsible for providing leadership and supervision of the assisted living neighborhood under the leadership of the Assisted Living Director (DON). May be responsible for medication control and coordination with physicians to ensure care and medications are delivered as directed. Together with the ALD, they will champion the delivery of high-quality care by encouraging independence and ensuring each resident’s physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being.
