The Nurse Practitioner will treat their assigned patients in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and under the supervision of a Psychiatrist. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Assesses, diagnoses, and treats medical and psychiatric problems. Conducts physical examinations and interviews patients to collect historical and physical data. Prescribes medication to patients.
