Enters retrospective orders into EMR per protocol for medications, imaging and procedures. Provides treatment education to patients and their families and answers questions regarding diagnosis and treatment. Maintains detailed knowledge of computer software systems as it relates to job functions. Prioritize phone calls and coordinate care accordingly. PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS : Requires sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours at a time).
