Job Summary and Qualifications What you will do in this role: Performs a comprehensive assessment of psychosocial and medical needs of patients Advocates for patients while assuming a leadership role with the interdisciplinary team Coordinates plan of care Acts as a liaison through effective and professional communications with physicians, patients, families, hospital staff, and outside agencies Performs utilization management reviews and communicates information to third party payors Facilitates patient throughput with an ongoing focus on quality and efficiency Requirements: Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
