Provides direct patient care to adolescent geriatric patient populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment Current State Board of Nursing Registered Nurse licensure Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification 7 days of call required per each pay period Minimum of one year work experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Minimum of one year experience in critical care. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs of patients, as well as factors influencing patient flow through the system Current Mississippi Registered Nurse license Current BLS Certification ACLS certified within 6 months of hire PALS within 6 months of hire TNCC within one year of hire Assists surgeon during C-sections Ensures surgical suite is adequately prepared for C-sections Cleans, wraps and sends all instruments to Central Service for sterilization High School Graduate or equivalent Current BLS Certification Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in OB or in the Operating Room; preferred Assists patients with activities of daily living Provides basic care to patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment Meets communication needs of the patient/family, High school diploma or the equivalent C.N.A. must be certified Current BLS Certification Registered Nurse is responsible for performing all routine nursing care in an efficient and competent manner. Takes and records vital signs accurately, obtains, and documents patient history. State of MS RN licensure required. Current BLS. 3-5 years nursing experience, preferably in a physician's office 2-3 years nursing experience, preferably in a physician office Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills Ability to plan, schedule, prioritize and complete multiple tasks and demands Provides direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations Current LPN licensure in State of Mississippi Current BLS certification Minimum of six months to one year’s work experience Successful completion of arrhythmia course. Assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures Ensures operating suite is adequately prepared for procedure Minimum high school diploma or equivalent 2 semesters of college with anatomy, preferred Ability to work in a fast paced team environment Must be self-driven Call radius of 30 minutes preferred BLS Certification Rotational call
