Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record. Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies. Monitor for changes in the patient’s condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, and indicators of disease progression. Provide education and training to the patient, their family, and/or the Home Health Aide. Work with patients to be done one-on-one in the patients home to provide for a comfortable environment. Minimum Qualifications Education, licensing, and certification: graduate of an accredited college or university, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse Current CPR certification TB test and physical examination Maintain required insurance.
