Overview OVERVIEW: OSF HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Nurse to join our well-established, high-volume Urology practice. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, providing high-quality care for patients with a broad range of general urologic conditions. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: Primarily outpatient adult urology care with a mix of inpatient responsibilities. Exposure to a broad range of general urology cases. Work alongside experienced physicians, APPs, and support staff. Shared call rotation: 1 in 6 weekends and holiday coverage as part of the schedule. Collaborative and team-oriented environment that ensures balanced workload. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide inpatient and outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with urologic conditions. The goal of this program is to transition into a Surgical Technologist role after the apprenticeship, graduation and completion of the accredited Surgical Technologist program.
