In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care by executing nursing processes, performing treatments, and supporting patients’ physical and emotional needs. LPN Responsibilities Patient Care & Service: Promote and restore residents’ health by completing the nursing process; perform treatment procedures; provide physical, educational, and emotional support to residents, families, and visitors; supervise assigned team members. Documentation: Ensure concise, accurate, and complete resident care documentation using our computerized medical record system.
