Educates and adhere to patient bill of rights. Qualifications Education: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure. Diploma preferred. Experience: Two years of experience in a hospital or medical environment is preferred. Licenses/Certificates: Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required. Ensures the rights of residents are respected; coordinates with other departments and ensures residents are taken to activities, etc.20. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or the Director of Nursing Services.21. Must be able to travel to any center within the region/company.22. Must be available to work overtime up to double shifts. Qualifications 1. Has a current, unrestricted license by the State Board of Nursing, as an LPN/LVN.2. Must have the ability to lead and motivate subordinates.3. Ability to perform a variety of duties characterized by frequent change, as work schedule will change on a daily basis.4. Able to work intimately with residents, physicians and staff.5. Capable of working to prescribe nursing standards.6.
