Responsibilities The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment. The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation. The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates. Qualifications Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue Ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to prioritize tasks independently Have excellent communication skills Able to read, write, and communicate in English BLS Certification. Overview As an LPN, you are in High Demand and we want YOU to join our team. Responsibilities The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties. The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents. The LPN participates in implementing person driven care plans as developed by RN. Qualifications Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English. Clinical experience preferred.
