Qualifications A graduate from an accredited school of Nursing Baccalaureate or Associate Degree in Nursing Required Current and active New Jersey RN licensure is required. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS, APLS, or ENPC courses are required. BLS (American Heart Association) is required upon hire. ACLS upon hire or within 6 months of the start date. PALS/APLS/ENPC upon hire or within 1 year of the start date. Must be I.V. certified from an approved facility or completion of requirements for I.V. certification within 90 days of hire to the unit. Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases. What You'll Do: Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Monmouth County, NJ Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care.
