Job Description The Nursing Department in Manhattan campus is seeking full time LPNs on evening shift who will join our team. This position is entitled to $4000 bonus if hired on full time basis and prorated if on part time basis. Location is 120 West 106th Street, NY, NY 10025. The successful candidate will perform the functions of LPN to ensure resident/patient care safety and satisfaction. He/She will assume the role of charge nurse responsibilities as assigned and report to the Registered Nurse/Clinical Care Manager. Qualifications Skills & Requirements Valid NYS LPN license Previous experience working with geriatric population. Graduate of an approved program in practical nursing. BCLS and IV certification required. Requires every other weekend commitment

As Director of Clinical Services , you will play an integral role in the daily functions of the agency. The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing all of the clinical day-to-day operations including but not limited to Quality Initiatives, Staffing, In-service, Education, On-boarding and Clinical Service Delivery.
