Job Summary and Qualifications The Bariatric Program Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of the continuum of care, for the hospital population limited to bariatric surgery patients. You will provide leadership for the collaborative management of patient care for the entire episode of care . You will assist with Center of Excellence applications for ASMBS and any insurance companies RFI for Bariatric COE requirements and ongoing renewals of such applications .
