Commit to working every weekend, Saturday/Sunday 2. May pre-schedule 4 weekend per year and continue to meet program requirements. 1 weekend per quarter 3. Employee subject to center attendance policy 4. Employee will lose the Every Weekend differential for all weekend days if they call out for either day of either weekend in pay period. If weekend differential is forfeited due to not meeting program requirement, standard shift differential will be paid for weekend hours worked in that pay period. 5. Employee will receive base rate plus $3.00/hour differential for weekend hours worked by Nursing Assistants. All other hours worked in the pay period will be paid the standard shift differential. 6. Employees will be part-time hourly employees if they work 24 hours per weekend but may commit to 16 hours during week if they elect to be full time.
