Facility: Throgs Neck Rehabilitation and Nursing

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Salary: Up to $53

Responsibilities:

Record and maintain patients’ medical records while closely monitoring vital signs.
Supervise the nursing staff and address their needs to ensure a smooth workflow.
Coordinate daily administrative duties, including scheduling, nursing assignments, and patient care plans.
Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a seamless process.
Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to all staff members.
Monitor medical charts and deliver compassionate care and assistance to patients and their families.
Collaborate effectively with doctors and administrators to enhance patient care.
Communicate any protocol changes to the nursing staff promptly.
Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Accurately record and maintain reports related to patient care and activities.
Identify and respond to any issues or emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.

Requirements:

Valid RN License in the State of New York.
