Communication:

· Craft and deliver insightful clinical notes and charting to the patient's Case Manager, providing a comprehensive view of patient progress and needs.

Qualifications:

· Hold a current state nursing license in excellent standing, demonstrating your commitment to professionalism and quality care.

· Graduate from a prestigious, accredited school of nursing, equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in your role.

· Enjoy the flexibility of independent contractor status, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you.

· Maintain up-to-date CPR certification, ensuring readiness to respond effectively in emergencies.
