LPN / RN - Sepsis Coordinator

As a Licensed or Registered Nurse at, Eastern New Mexico Medical Center, you’ll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. Requirements:

NM LPN license required, RN license preferred,
LPN Certification, Associates Degree in Nursing or higher required,
BLS required, and
ACLS required.

About the Job:

The Sepsis Coordinator is a key member of our Sepsis Care program functioning as a clinical expert and team leader. The position is responsible for evaluating sepsis care within the organization, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing real-time and formal education for all disciplines involved regarding sepsis care, core measures, readmissions and other related clinical quality measures. The Sepsis Coordinator works under the supervision of the Director of Quality and will also support the leader in all process improvement projects for value based purchasing programs.
