Are you passionate about promoting health and patient care, and are licensed in the State of Colorado? San Luis Valley Health is seeking an LPN, MA or CMA to join our Orthopedic Clinic. If you enjoy working with other nurses, Advanced Practice Providers and Physicians in a dynamic environment, we would love for you to apply for this position. What You Need:

Licensed in the state of Colorado to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
A minimum of one year experience as a LPN, in a clinic setting is preferred.
Current BLS through the American Heart Association.
Flexible to changing work load or patient assignments

What You'll Do:

Perform selected nursing duties, history and nursing assessment, vital signs, and weights.
Coordinate patient care by triaging patient phone calls regarding urgency of appointments and scheduling procedures.
Assist the physician or APP with examinations, diagnostic procedures, treatments, and minor office procedures.
Remain flexible to changing work load or patient assignments.
