Level Description

Market Summary
Provides direct and individualized nursing care to dialysis patients. Responsibilities may include priming dialyzer and bloodlines, readying dialysis equipment, overseeing the dialysis treatment from start to finish, and cleaning and dressing permanent and temporary catheters. RN or appropriate equivalent.

• Recognized expert in a professional discipline that is typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
• Makes decisions on complex to highly complex issues regarding work approach for project components, and completion of team tasks and responsibilities.

Communication
• Interacts with internal stakeholders including global/regional and national management as well as external stakeholders which may include clients and customers.
• Negotiates with internal and external parties, who regularly have divergent interests, to achieve short-term corporate objectives. Represents the organization on a global, regional, and national level.

Innovation
• Introduces specialized state-of-the-art concepts to develop innovative business solutions. Services as an advisor, mentor, internal consultant, and /or helps drive new initiatives.
• Work on assignments that involve highly complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of intangibles or situations with minimal precedent.

Knowledge
• Demonstrates expert knowledge in own field, with a strong understanding of adjacent areas for the development of pragmatic and creative solutions.
• Typically requires:
- a bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience
- a master's degree and 8+ years of experience
