Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital, stand-alone, not-for-profit hospital located in Ste. Genevieve, MO, that focuses on personalized care. Our 25-inpatient bed facility is a Medicare 4-star rated and is ranked in the top 1% Nationally for Patient Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. Your day.

As a Med Surg RN, you need to know how to:

Prioritize and deliver care to a team of assigned patients in a fast-paced environment.
Be proficient with clinical skills and assessments, critical thinking skills, and time management.
Work in a teamwork environment.
Use critical thinking, excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
Be able to deliver personal, compassionate care and have excellent customer service skills.
Average nurse patient ratio 1:5.

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

Current Missouri RN license.
BSN preferred, or current Missouri LPN IV-Certified license.
Previous Med Surg (1 year preferred) or related experience desired.
BLS certification required.
Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience required.
