Job Responsibilities

Working in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN
Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans
Tracking the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitoring their vital signs

Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse functions as a member of the health-care team by exercising sound nursing judgment.
