Job Summary Under the direction and supervision of an RN/GN, the LPN/GPN is expected to utilize his/her knowledge of practical nursing, age-specific needs, the care/treatment of the Rehab patients. The LPN/GPN is to be an active member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and work collaboratively in the development, implementation and revision of each patient’s interdisciplinary treatment plan.
