Home Health -Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Opportunity in: Tucson, Arizona

Compensation: $35-$45 per visit (depending on experience), PLUS millage and travel time

Interim HealthCare of Tucson is offering a sign-on bonus between May 26, 2023 and September 1, 2023, for full time LPN's.

NOW OFFERING A $5,000 bonus! Details: Full-time LPN's willing to work in Tucson, Green Valley and Sahuarita are eligible! Payout Schedule: $1250 at 90 days, $1250 at 6 months and $2500 at one year!

As a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse, heres a big-picture view of what youll do:

Provide home-based care to patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseasesoften after hospital dischargeunder the supervision of an RN Work with a team of physicians, RNs, CNAs and aides to deliver quality patient care Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor Assist RN in carrying out patients plan of care and teaching patient self-care techniques Educate family on the patients plan of care, medication and home safety Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and plan for discharge

A few must-haves for Home Health Licensed Practical Nurses:

Current Arizona LPN license in good standing. One (1) year of recent clinical hands on experience. Able to provide proof for current Basic Life Support (BLS) training including adults, children and infants. Must be willing to travel to surrounding areas. Home health experience preferred but not required.
