Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Opportunity in: Tucson, Arizona

Compensation: $50-$60 per visit/ $75-$90 per open- (dependent on experience), PLUS millage and travel time

Interim HealthCare of Tucson is offering a sign-on bonus between May 26, 2023 and September 1, 2023, for full time RN's.

NOW OFFERING A $5,000 bonus! Details: Full-time RN's willing to work in Tucson, Green Valley and Sahuarita are eligible! Payout Schedule: $1250 at 90 days, $1250 at 6 months and $2500 at one year!

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, heres a big-picture view of what youll do:

Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments. Coordinate for patient/client discharge from services. Provide care according to the patients/clients plan of care/service plan. Participate with the patient/client in clarifying mutually agreed upon goals and incorporate these goals into the plan of care/service plan. Conduct home visits as assigned, assessing the patients condition, progress toward goals, providing patient care, teaching and other skilled interventions as ordered. Develop a care plan in collaboration with Case Manager, which establishes goals based on nursing diagnosis and incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions, including the patient and family in the planning process.

A few must-haves for Home Health Registered Nurses:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, in good standing. Current Health Care CPR (BLS) Certification. Valid Arizona Fingerprint Card. One (1) Home health experience preferred but not required.
