Job Responsibilities

Providing high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities
Reviewing various care options with the medical team, residents, and their family members

Obtains supplies and medical records during non-operational hours. Responsible for notifying OR staff or Cath lab in the event of an emergency during off hours, weekends, and holidays. Notifies Administrator-on-Call and any ancillary department when a significant event or need occurs.
