This RN position supports a large, fast‑paced family practice based at 8820 S. Meridian Street, Suite 120, Indianapolis, IN 46217. Primary responsibilities include managing triage phone calls and electronic messages, along with providing occasional in‑clinic support for both urgent and non‑urgent patient needs. Prior triage experience preferred, and an ER or Med‑Surg background is a plus. The clinic offers a strong team culture within a busy family practice environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with working hours falling between 6:30 am and 5:00 pm.
No weekends! No Holidays!
This position will be hybrid, allowing work between home and the office.
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
- Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
