The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center team consists of 30+ Therapists spanning 20 years of experience with backgrounds in acute, sub-acute, long term and outpatient settings would provide an excellent setting for learning and growth. The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center provides Rehabilitation services seven days a week. RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor Night Shift Responsibilities Include: Registered Nurse responsible to the Director of Nursing for the coordination and quality of care and services to residents in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards and regulations. She/He is a member of the Nursing Management team. RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor Night Shift Qualifications/Requirements: Experience in Acute Care/ Long Term Care Nursing Clinically knowledge and capable of making appropriate care and service decisions. RN Supervisor The Rockville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a talented and hard-working RN Supervisor to join their ever-growing team. The RN Supervisor assumes primary nursing responsibilities for the management of resident and staff activities. The RN Supervisor utilizes nursing practice and management skills and ensures resident care is administered in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. The RN Supervisor directs the formulation and implementation of residents care plan to meet specialized needs of geriatric residents using assessment and diagnostic skills, and serves as a professional role model to the other staff. RN Supervisor Job Responsibilities: Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered which is outcome focused through utilization of the nursing process. Identify needs and provide input for discharge planning and follow-up throughout length of stay. Implement plan of care consistently, effectively and cost efficiently with focus on resident centered outcomes. Work in collaboration with physician and/or other health care professionals by sharing information relevant to changing plan of care. Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices. Will supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities in an assigned unit and shift. Will ensure timely communication of current treatment and assessment information, efficient delivery of services and timely compilation of new information. Will monitor and evaluate staff activities to ensure that nursing care is carried out as directed, and treatment administered in accordance with treatment plans and physicians instructions. RN Supervisor Requirements/Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience. Current license to practice. RN Supervisor / Wound Nurse Rockville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is searching for a Wound Nurse / RN Supervisor to join our team. RN Supervisor / Wound Nurse Duties Include: Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of wounds in the nurse's notes at least weekly Responsible for all treatments required by licensed nurse on your shift and ensuring the wound care treatments are carried out at other times. Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain nursing guidelines are appropriate. Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families, and employees. Evaluate high risk patients for pressure reduction interventions methods. Conduct body assessments and documentation on all new admissions per policy. Round with doctors weekly to assist with assessing residents.
