Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU/ASU Position Summary 

A Perianesthesia Nurse must possess expert skills in critical thinking, advocacy, and multitasking to properly manage each patient. Perianesthesia Nurse will work hand in hand with our Anesthesia and Surgical team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the individualized care of each patient with the goal to deliver the highest quality care. Our Perianesthsia team rotates through pre-operative area, phase one and phase two areas.

Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU/ASU Position Requirements  

  • Active RN license
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR and ACLS
  • A Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) degree is required or must be obtained within 5 years from date of hire.
