We are excited to open our brand-new Cranston location and are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our founding clinical team.

This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys procedural medicine, patient interaction, and advanced aesthetic technology. LaserAway provides comprehensive hands-on training in aesthetic treatments, making this an excellent opportunity for Nurse Practitioners transitioning from hospital-based roles or looking to expand their aesthetic expertise.

Compensation & Schedule

$61/hour base pay (~$126k–$137k annually)
$5/hour weekend differential
Performance incentives available
Consistent Thursday through Monday schedule
Tuesdays and Wednesdays off every week

What You’ll Do

Perform advanced aesthetic laser treatments including laser hair removal, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, and injectables
Conduct patient consultations and skin assessments
Educate patients on treatment plans and long-term aesthetic goals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow medical protocols
Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to deliver exceptional patient experiences
Primarily work out of the Cranston clinic, with traveling for training and occasional support at other locations

Qualifications

Active Rhode Island State Nurse Practitioner license
1+ year of clinical experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or procedural environments preferred)
Interest in aesthetic medicine and patient-focused care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented clinic environment
