Registered Nurse | Cardiac Rehab

$41.34 - $62.01 / hour

Find your purpose changing the lives of our patients as a Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Registered Nurse at the Paynesville Hospital! As a Registered Nurse, you will be at the forefront of patient care, utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of care.  In this role, you will direct and coordinate nursing care for patients, adhering to established nursing practice standards, you will work with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective and efficient patient care to achieve optimal outcomes and oversee the care provided to assigned patients, ensuring compliance with current standards, guidelines and regulations. 

This position may cross train to Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab at the Melrose Hospital. 

  • Schedule
    • Casual | Up to two shifts every two weeks | Paynesville Hospital
    • 7:30 am – 4:00 pm | Various shifts Monday -  Friday 
       
  • Pay and Benefits
    • Pay based on experience and degree
      • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
      • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
      • Master’s in nursing starting at $43.43 per hour
        • Pay range: $41.34 - $62.01 per hour

  • Qualifications 
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • Current Minnesota RN license 
    • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card 
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified
