The Nursing Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing hospital operations during the 7p–7a shift at Willis Knighton North. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse looking to step into a high-impact leadership opportunity within a fast-paced, high‑acuity hospital environment.

The Nursing Supervisor provides clinical and operational oversight across all inpatient and procedural areas, ensuring continuity of care and safe, effective patient flow throughout the night. Preferred candidates will bring a strong clinical foundation and the ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource for bedside staff. Critical Care, Emergency, or Stepdown experience preferred.

Core responsibilities include responding to clinical emergencies, supporting patient experience initiatives, coordinating staffing needs, and maintaining timely, clear communication with senior leadership. This role also serves as a central point of coordination between physicians, procedural areas, and on-call teams to ensure the hospital can provide comprehensive, 24/7 patient care.
