CMA School Contract

A full-time Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Massachusetts license is needed to provide dedicated care in a school setting located in Lynn, MA. This contract role involves working closely with a medically fragile, wheelchair-bound, non-verbal student who uses an iPad to communicate, ensuring a safe and supportive environment tailored to their unique health needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering 1:1 nursing care exclusively (LPNs are not eligible for this position)
  • Performing suctioning and seizure care as required
  • Managing the health and well-being of a medically fragile student throughout the school day
  • Collaborating with school staff to support the student’s communication and mobility needs
  • Providing nursing services at other schools within the district when the primary student is absent, fostering continuity of care

Qualifications and experience desired:

  • Active Massachusetts RN license
