Responsibilities
- This role serves as clinical expert to support patient care and staff development.
- Provides clinical response for time-sensitive patient care, proactively augments care for patients at risk for deterioration, mentors clinical staff and monitors quality initiatives.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Current Kansas RN License
- Associate's Degree in nursing
- Advanced clinical skills, i.e. Critical Care, Emergency
ACLS
Stroke certification
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
Preferred Job Requirements:
