Private Duty Nursing Supervisor (RN) – Missouri Licensed 

Pay: $70-$80k annually

What You’ll Do 

  • Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field nurses 
  • Conduct in‑home supervisory visits to ensure high‑quality, compliant care 
  • Develop, review, and update individualized care plans 
  • Train, mentor, and onboard nursing staff 
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams 
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance (Missouri) 

What You Bring

Position Overview The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking to hire an independent, highly organized, and detail-oriented Licensed Registered Nurse for the Alton Mental Health Center located in Alton, Illinois.
