Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
  • Help with meal preparation to ensure a nutritious diet.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Document care activities and communicate any changes in client condition to the team.
  • Support clients with mobility and transportation as needed.
