Responsibilities and Duties: With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but are not limited to: · Companionship · Housekeeping and laundry · Cooking and meal prepping · Bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting · Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders · Transportation for appointments and errands · Bed bound and incontinence care · Life enrichment (visiting parks, playing board games, exercise, painting and crafts) · Help with pets Qualifications and Skills: · Must have at least 1 year experience or more (CNA or HHA license preferred but not required) · Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position · Must have available reliable transportation. If transporting clients, must have proof of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance · Must possess excellent communication skills · Must be able to lift at least 150 lbs. Provides support to the nursing staff and patient care through the direction and guidance of licensed staff and leaders. Essential Functions Ensures supplies and equipment for patient care are readily available and organized in an efficient manner. Accurately monitors and records patient information, test results and stats.
