We are seeking a motivated and experienced nursing professional to join our team as an Assistant Nurse Manager in our Inpatient Rehabilitation Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while supporting and developing a dedicated clinical team.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

  • Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license required, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

  • Five (5) years of med-surg nursing experience required.

  • Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation; schedule flexibility is required.
