In our newly expanded, state-of-the-art Level II Trauma Center, you'll work collaboratively with a supportive team to serve our vibrant community in Southwest Washington.
The Opportunity
As a Full Time – Day Shift Clinical Nurse Educator role (4 – 10 hours/days), you’ll join a leading regional Cardiac and Comprehensive Stroke Center that manages more than 85,000 visits annually. Our Emergency Department includes:

The Opportunity
As a Full Time – Day Shift Clinical Nurse Educator role (4 – 10 hours/days), you’ll join a leading regional Cardiac and Comprehensive Stroke Center that manages more than 85,000 visits annually. Our Emergency Department includes:
- 68 private treatment rooms
- A dedicated behavioral health unit
- A helipad supporting Life Flight services
- Serve as a resource for caregivers on clinical practice, protocols, and equipment.
- Design and deliver nursing education programs and standardized training curricula.
- Lead department-specific orientation for newly hired clinical staff.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and guide process improvements.
- Evaluate competencies, identify performance gaps, and develop targeted interventions.
- Create evidence-based learning experiences that support remediation and growth.
- Assess engagement, track patient quality indicators, and measure educational effectiveness.
- Ensure documentation in learning management systems and standardized tools.
- Collaborate with clinical nurse specialists and educators across the system to promote excellence.
- Support best practices for safe, effective, patient-centered care.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of hospital policies, quality improvement, and safety programs.

- Competitive Pay: Our annual salary range for this position is $116,438 to $174,636.

- Education: BSN is required; MSN preferred.
- Licensure: A current Washington RN license or a current Multistate RN license is required by your date of hire.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years related RN experience and 3 years in a clinical education or preceptor role required.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS are required at the date of hire
