What You'll Do:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor their health, provide emotional support, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs

C.N.A. Certified Nurse’s Assistant documents personal care given according to facility policies. Provides nursing functions as directed including perineal care, making beds, turning residents, measures and records temperature, weight, pulse and respiration. C.N.A. Certified Nurse’s Assistant observes and reports to supervisor changes in residents’ condition, including any skin breakdowns. Reports immediately all accidents or injuries. Records all necessary charting entries. Answers all call lights regardless of assignment. Responds to emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Qualifications: Must hold current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing. No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry. Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions. Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
