📝 What You’ll Do

Provide patient care based on specific care plans and physician orders
Collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and other providers
Educate patients and families on conditions and treatments
Accurately chart and report changes in patient conditions
Communicate effectively with families and staff
Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

Active LVN license in California
1 year of LVN experience within the last 3 years
Current CPR (AHA or Red Cross, live demo)
Negative TB test or Chest X-ray (within 12 months)
Recent Physical Exam (within 12 months)
Completed Clinical Skills Assessment
Completion of Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
