Delivering this level of care requires experienced nursing leadership that understands both pediatric complexity and real-time team support.
If you are an experienced RN who enjoys leading from the front, strengthening teams, and ensuring excellent pediatric care, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do; As a Nursing Supervisor at PSC, you will:
Provide shift leadership and clinical oversight across assigned units
Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and nursing support staff
Serve as a clinical resource for complex pediatric cases
