Verifies MD orders and daily charges. Documents telephone orders in accordance with policies. Assess emotional distress daily and report 4 or higher scores to SW. Completes PHQ questionnaire for depression screening and refer to social worker for score of 3 or higher. ADA Essential Functions Job Qualification Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, preferred. Must be enrolled in an accredited program within 24 months of employment, if hired after September 1, 2010 and obtain a BSN degree within five (5) years of employment date. Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State. BCLS, ACLS, preferred. Suggests and implements new and improved progressive methods and techniques of oncology nursing care.
