Job Summary and Qualifications As an Inpatient Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) at HCA Healthcare, you’ll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness, injury, or extended hospital stays. With average stays of two to three weeks, you’ll build meaningful relationships and witness the difference your care makes in a patient’s progress. LVNs provides direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures and within their scope of practice. They work under the supervision of an RN and collaborate closely with patients, families, providers and the interdisciplinary team.
