Requirements:
- Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code).
- ACLS and/or PALS certifications may be required prior to first shift.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an ED RN within the last year.
- Strong ability to use independent, critical judgment in all aspects of patient care delivery.
- Competency in current emergency room evidence-based practices such as trauma, sepsis stroke care protocols as well as familiarity with conditions such as severe lacerations or burns, sports injuries, allergic reactions, and work-related injuries.
