Requirements:
- Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications. NIHSS certification may be required prior to the first shift.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an ICU RN (most recent experience within the last year).
- Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care.
- Must show competency with managing ventilators, chest tubes, and proning patients.
- Strong familiarity with assisting during intubation, central and arterial line placement, and para/thoracentesis.
- Experience with Covid ICU protocols, CRRT and/or ECMO are a plus.
