Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to work the day shift within the Occupational Health Department.
Our Occupational Health Dept. services the 3,300 Employees of Penn Medicine Princeton by providing them with New Hire physicals, Annual Flu Vaccines, Urgent Care and Worker’s Comp. claims. We also provide care to several private local companies, as well as the State of NJ agencies and municipalities in the surrounding area, by meeting their needs for New Hire Physicals, Annual DOT regulatory agency compliance and Worker’s Comp. Care.
Our dept. and medical providers are certified to offer Drug Testing and Breath Alcohol Testing, DOT and OSHA Physicals, Travel Medicine Consults, Immigration and International Physicals.
The RN position is an 8-hour shift.
Our dept. hours are: 7:30am to 4:30pm with some nurses working 7:30am to 4pm and the others working 8am to 4:30pm.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
·Our office is staffed with both LPN’s and RN’s.
·There will always be always at least (2) other Occ. Health Dept. nurses on with you.
·Prior Occ. Health or office experience is a plus as is experience in the ED or Critical Care settings.
·Nursing staff is trained to care for both the Hospital Employee and well as the Corporate Client.
·The nurse will learn to perform hearing assessments using the Hearing Booth, visual assessments using the Titmus Vision Machine, Spirometry and Fit Testing both Qualitative and Quantitative with the Port-A-Count.
·There are opportunities to go out of the office setting and perform testing and provide vaccines to various off sites belonging to PMPH and our Corporate Clients.

What We Require for this Role:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required or in pursuit of
- 15 months of RN experience required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
- Active NJ RN license required
- National Nursing Certification preferred

Salary Range:
$40.80 - $60.34/Hourly
