Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care in a pediatric residential setting
Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans using your clinical judgment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, specialists, and families to meet the unique needs of each child
Manage chronic conditions and provide preventative and episodic care
Be a vital part of emergency response and advocate for the best care possible
Support training and mentoring initiatives for other staff
Participate in care planning meetings and help shape quality assurance efforts
Qualifications
A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
Experienced in pediatric or developmental disability care (preferred)
A strong communicator with a heart for advocacy and family collaboration
Ready to contribute to a team that values integrity, flexibility, and excellence
Additional Details:
Requires 3–5 years of related nursing experience
Must have a valid driver’s license
Participation in staff development, quality improvement, and care coordination is expected
