As the RN Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and mentoring caregivers to promote best practices and compassionate service.
Developing and overseeing individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Ensuring compliance with all established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Collaborating with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

A current State of Florida RN license in good standing.
At least one (1) year of supervisory experience (preferred).
Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred.
Proven experience in Home Care settings (required).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect.
