We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Fishers, IN and support our growing women’s health clinic.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
As an Ageless RN, you’ll play an essential role in helping women take charge of their health through hands-on clinical care, patient education, and long-term wellness relationships.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR.
  • Performing hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
  • Administering and monitoring hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight loss treatments, including GLP-1 medications and other metabolic health protocols.
  • Supporting and performing wellness services such as IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, and nutritional support programs.
  • Providing care within our concierge medicine offerings, including Pap smears, birth control management, lab work and blood testing, preventive health screenings, common illness management, STD/STI testing, and UTI testing.
  • Educating patients about hormone balance, weight management, and lifestyle strategies for long-term wellness.
  • Collaborating with medical providers to tailor care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Contributing to a warm, patient-focused clinic culture built on empathy, professionalism, and trust.

Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
  • Experience in women’s health, wellness, or hormone therapy (preferred)
  • Phlebotomy, IV, and injection experience (highly preferred)
  • EMR proficiency and attention to detail

Registered Nurse Emergency - PRN

Job Summary The Registered Nurse, Emergency Department is responsible for handling initial patient assessments, performing laboratory work, point of care testing and administrative tasks associated with the delivery of patient care.
