Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:
Utilize the nursing process in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
Provide, assist, and supervise direct nursing care to patients, in accordance with physicians orders.

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
What qualifications you will need:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate’s degree or higher.
Current State of Florida Registered RN License or recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions).
Current BLS Certification via American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
One or more years of experience as a Level III NICU RN.
Current National Neonatal High-Risk Nursing and STABLE certifications preferred.

About the Role The RN Charge Nurse will be responsible for managing all aspects of nursing responsibility during each shift, from processing patients in and out to delegating nursing assignments and monitoring medication administration.
